Product strategy
I led the team building the methane detection solution, working hand-in-hand with operational and technical teams to build the MVP and testing the product's value proposition directly with potential pilot customers. I also supported the carbon accounting product by helping define its roadmap.
Carbon accounting. A SaaS platform that quantifies and reports the environmental impact of drilling, completions, and production operations. It automates carbon and greenhouse-gas accounting, supports compliance and disclosure workflows (including OGMP 2.0), and produces scalable, audit-ready reporting — turning fragmented operational data into transparent, regulator-ready emissions numbers.
Methane detection. A capability focused on detecting and quantifying methane emissions using AI and physics-based models rather than new hardware. It ingests data already generated on-site — SCADA feeds from existing flow, pressure, and temperature sensors — to estimate and localize methane releases across facilities. The approach drew a U.S. Department of Energy grant (~$4–5M reported) to advance the AI methane-tracking technology, giving operators a lower-cost path to continuous methane monitoring and reporting.
